Our meal portal offers a dynamic menu where prices vary slightly based on dish, availability, and portion size. Below is a sample of commonly served meals with starting prices (inclusive of all taxes):

Important Policies & Guidelines

Privacy Policy

Data Collection & Usage: We collect and store employee information including name, employee ID, department, and meal consumption records solely for cafeteria billing and management purposes.

Data Security: All personal information is encrypted and stored on secure servers with restricted access. Only authorized HR and IT personnel can access employee meal data.

Payment Security: Payment processing is handled by Razorpay's secure gateway. We do not store credit card, debit card, or UPI credentials on our servers. All payment data is tokenized and encrypted.

Third-Party Sharing: We do not sell, rent, or share personal information with external parties except for payment processing through Razorpay and internal company operations.

Data Retention: Meal consumption and billing records are retained for 3 years for accounting and audit purposes, after which they are securely deleted.

Meal Service & Delivery Policy

Meal Service Hours:

  • Breakfast: 8:00 AM - 10:00 AM (Monday to Saturday)
  • Lunch: 12:00 PM - 2:30 PM (Monday to Saturday)
  • Evening Snacks: 4:00 PM - 5:30 PM (Monday to Friday)
  • Dinner: 7:00 PM - 9:00 PM (Monday to Friday)

Meal Collection Points:

  • Main Cafeteria - Ground Floor, Administrative Building
  • Production Floor Canteen - Manufacturing Wing
  • R&D Block Mini Cafeteria - Research & Development Building
  • Executive Dining Hall - 2nd Floor, Corporate Office

Advance Ordering:

  • Orders must be placed before 10:00 AM for same-day meals
  • Weekly meal plans can be pre-ordered every Friday for the following week
  • Special dietary requirements (vegan, gluten-free) require 24-hour advance notice
  • Bulk orders for meetings/events need 48-hour advance booking

Delivery Services:

  • Meals delivered to workstations for differently-abled employees
  • Laboratory staff working in sterile environments can request tray delivery
  • Night shift meals delivered to designated pickup points
  • Emergency meal delivery available for critical project teams (additional charges apply)

Quality & Freshness Guarantee:

  • All meals prepared fresh daily using HACCP-compliant processes
  • Meals not collected within 30 minutes of service time may be disposed for hygiene reasons
  • Temperature-controlled storage maintained for all food items
  • Quality complaints addressed immediately with meal replacement or credit

Special Occasions & Festivals: Extended service hours and special menu items available during festivals, company events, and celebrations. Advance notifications sent via company portal and email.

Service Interruptions: Planned maintenance, equipment servicing, or emergency situations may temporarily affect service. Alternative arrangements and advance notifications provided through official communication channels.

Terms & Conditions

Service Usage: The Anika Meal Portal is exclusively for employees of Anika Sterilis Pvt. Ltd. and authorized personnel at the AMTZ Campus, Vizag.

Billing Cycle: Monthly meal bills are generated on the last working day of each month. Bills include all meals consumed during the calendar month with applicable taxes.

Payment Options:

  • UPI payment through Razorpay gateway (immediate processing)
  • Salary deduction (processed with next month's payroll)
  • Cash payments at the HR counter (with prior approval)

Bill Verification: Employees have 5 working days from bill generation to verify and report discrepancies. After this period, bills are considered final.

Meal Pricing: Prices are subject to change based on ingredient costs, seasonal availability, and vendor rates. Updated pricing is displayed on the portal and cafeteria notice board.

Account Responsibilities: Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and immediately reporting any unauthorized access.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

No Refund Policy: Since meals are consumed before billing, no refunds are processed once payment is completed or salary deduction is authorized.

Billing Error Resolution:

  • Report billing discrepancies within 5 working days of bill generation
  • Submit support tickets through HR with meal consumption details
  • Provide cafeteria receipt or transaction proof for verification

Payment Disputes: For technical payment failures or duplicate charges, contact IT support immediately. Razorpay transaction disputes are resolved within 7-10 business days.

Medical Leave Adjustments: Extended medical leave (>15 days) with proper documentation may qualify for meal bill adjustments in the following billing cycle.

Overcharging Resolution: If systematic overcharging is identified, credits will be applied to the next month's bill or processed as salary adjustments.

Usage Guidelines

Portal Access: Available 24/7 for bill viewing and payment. Payment gateway operates during business hours (9 AM - 6 PM) on working days.

Technical Support: For portal issues, payment problems, or access difficulties, contact it@anikasterilis.com or extension 2847.

Meal Ordering: Advance meal booking (where available) must be done before 10 AM for the same day. Cancellations accepted until 11 AM.

Compliance: Usage of this portal constitutes acceptance of company HR policies and IT usage guidelines as outlined in the employee handbook.

Developer KYC Notice

Business Name: YERRAMSETTI SUSANTHA SANKAR

I am the developer of this feature and the initial Razorpay integration. For development and testing purposes, KYC verification has been completed using my personal information.

Upon successful development and testing, a new Razorpay account will be created under the company name (Anika Sterilis Pvt. Ltd.) with proper business KYC verification.

This temporary arrangement is solely for development purposes and will be replaced with the official company account before going live.
